The ELP-Barcelona Seminar: Political Clinic: "The incomparable Raymond Roussel: tactics, strategy and policy of the symptom"
On May 20, 2014, at the offices of Barcelona (community of Catalonia of the ELP) in the context of the Seminar of the School: Political Clinic, Margarita Alvarez presented a paper on Raymond Roussel, "the incomparable Raymond Roussel: tactics, strategy and policy of the symptom". Schreber, and Joyce's contemporary, Raymond Roussel shares with them a political of the symptom which passes through writing: he invents a tactic, a procedure of writing which will serve as a strategy against the manic drift. Roussel gives us the keys to that procedure in what is considered his literary Testament: "How I wrote some books of mine" (1933), included in the volume ‘’Impressions of Africa’’ (Madrid: Siruela, 2003). Margarita Álvarez is a member of the ELP and the WAP, and current Director of the community of Catalonia of the ELP. Montserrat Puig moderated this spot, AME (Analyst member of the School) of the ELP and member of the WAP. Professor at the Institute of the Freudian Field.
