The 3rd Study-Days of the NEL-Caracas: "The Impossible to Bear"
On October 16th and 17th 2015 the 3rd Study-Days of the NEL, "The Impossible to Bear" took place in Caracas. The opening remarks were given by Miquel Bassols, President of the WAP, in participation with other colleagues, Mauricio Tarrab, President of the FAPOL.
