The return of the pendulum is presented as a dialogue on the intersection between sociology and psychoanalysis, taking as starting point the figure of Sigmund Freud. A conversation, through the exchange of texts and emails that goes beyond exploring the similarities between the two aforementioned branches of knowledge, and is an example of production that the dialogue between disciplines can be, to analyze and understand a multifaceted reality. In short, a book that somehow follows the hesitant pace of debate, and which invites us to reflect in an incessant manner, about the society in which we live in.
