On the 6th of May 2023, the 13th NELcf Conference, which will take place in November of this year in the city of Lima, Peru, was presented. Under the title "Interpretations and cuts", psychoanalysts from the NELcf and those associated with some of its Sections will present interesting approaches and theoretical references to address the question of how to influence the jouissance of a parlêtre, how to impact the real of a symptom. But, it is not only in the field of the experience of analysis, in which to investigate the interpretation and the cut, but, also the social bond and the school. This is what is proposed for the conference to be held in November 2023.
