“How to inhabit the disgusted-world today?” was the theme addressed by Fabián Fajnwaks in a public lecture held on February 20th, 2026, in San Sebastián, Spain. Using that title as a frame of reference, he was asked three questions: The first concerned the situation of psychoanalysis in France following Senate Amendment 159 and the decision of the High Health Authority to advise against psychoanalysis for the treatment of autism. The second addressed the “Lacanian action” promoted by the ECF. The final question focused on today’s in-world, its absence of shame rather than of jouissance.
