EBP-SP CONFERENCE, "Subversions", presents "The Subversive Position of the Analyst in our Time"
On the 14th of October, one of the stages of the EBP-São Paulo Conference (Out of Series), took place online, entitled "Subversions". In this edition, we share the meeting of two guests, Angelina Harari, president of AMP and Clara Holguin, AME of NEL, around the theme "The subversive position of the analyst in our time", under the coordination of Valéria Ferranti, director of the São Paulo Section of EBP. Clara Holguin, in her work "Fora da Série", interprets the subversive position of the analyst, a necessary condition to respond to the changes of our time in a very particular way. Angelina Harari comments and debates, highlighting that the subversion of the subversion of psychoanalysis implies a turn that the practice underwent towards the One alone. From the concepts raised, including the analyst's symptomatic identity and desire, and the issues surrounding dialogue with the Other of culture, a politics can be drawn that assumes a subversive desire, unwary of the real and open to contingency, which guides the Lacanian psychoanalyst today.
