On 1st February 2016, the annual evening of the ECF was held at the ECF in Paris, under the title "The Speaking Body and its States of Emergency". It was chaired by Miguel Bassols, President of the WAP and Laure Naveau. Our colleague Eugenia Varela Navarro brings Radio Lacan's audience closer to what happened there.
