The translation of the Other writings in Spanish is a publishing event with crucial epistemic and political consequences, for the broadcasting of Psychoanalysis of the Lacanian orientation, worldwide. Graciela Esperanza and Guy Trobas, responsible for the translation of the Other writings, explain their working method, how they translated Lacan into Spanish, with his inimitable style, his unpublished concepts and their unique language. Graciela Esperanza is a psychoanalyst in Buenos Aires, Member of the EOL and the WAP. Guy Trobas is a psychoanalyst in Paris, AME (Analyst member of the School), Member of the ECF and the WAP. Laura Sokolowsky is a psychoanalyst in Paris, a member of the ECF and the WAP. She is in charge of the library of the ECF. Marina Lusa is a psychoanalyst in Paris, a member of the ECF and the WAP, Liliana Salazar-Redon is a psychoanalyst in Paris, a member of the ECF and the WAP.
