Vicente Palomera is a clinical psychologist from the University of Barcelona. Doctor of the University of Paris VIII - Département de Psychanalyse. Teacher of the Clinical Section of Barcelona since its foundation. He is AME (Analyst Member of the School) of the Lacanian School of Psychoanalysis (ELP) and of the World Association of Psychoanalysis (WAP). He has been President of the ELP (2002-2004) and the European Federation of schools of Psychoanalysis (2007-2010). Teacher at several Spanish and European cities, and the USA, Argentina, Israel and Australia. Author of ‘’Ordinary psychosis: their origins, their present and their future’’ and ‘’From personality to the knot of the symptom’’, among other publications. He directs the collection of books on psychoanalysis of the ELP in Editorial Gredos (Gredos Publishing house).
