On March 17th 2018, the 2nd Study-Day of the FIPA took place in the Convent of the Jacobins, Rennes Congress Center (France).
The FIPA is a swarm of institutions composed today by 16 CPCT (Psychoanalytical Centers of Consultation and Treatment) and 17 spontaneous initiatives inspired by them without being part of them. Diverse in their functioning, these institutions have a common reference: Lacanian psychoanalysis transmitted by the École de la Cause Freudienne.
Under the title "Paradoxes of the Demand" the different sequences of this study-day took into consideration the most current particularities of the demands addressed to these institutions according to different angles: the origin of the demand, the Other to whom it is addressed, and the reception that it is reserved.
